Welcome
Welcome to the home of Falla'Dorei, a casual gaming guild based on friendship and having a good time in the World of Warcraft. We serve the Alliance on the Kul Tiras realm.
Falla'Dorei means "Children of the Grove" in Darnassian, the native tongue of our guild's founders, and we were established in March of 2007. The guild has grown well over time, but our founding principles remain. We are a strong community based guild of mostly adult players that enjoy running instances often, raiding 10-mans, and leveling alts as well as helping those new to the game. We are a casual, laid-back group - our goal is to relax and have a good time among friends.
If you are interested in joining us in our fight to preserve the balance in the world of Azeroth, please visit our Recruitment Forum and fill out an application.

First off, I want to thank everyone for all the hard work and dedication that everyone put in finishing off Ulduar. Everyone did a great job working together and we have FINALLY (although we really only tried on about 3 occasions since we got distracted with all the other shiny objects) defeated Yogg-Saron.
It was a long, rough journey at times and I know how frustrating it can be doing the same boss multiple times, but you all did amazing.
And with that...here's the pic of us with Yogg-Saron's dead, decaying body!
Congratulations Falla Dorei!

The Guild Bank and You!

All:
As everyone knows, there are individuals that sell gold. These individuals get their gold by hacking into people's account and disenchanting and selling everything they can, including the items they remove from the guild bank. Due to this increasing problem and the large amount of accounts that are hacked each day, the wait time for potential recovery is around 1-3 weeks to get your stuff back. Even then you are not guaranteed to receive all of your stuff back.
This poses a problem and a burden on the Guild Master who has to go through the process of requesting all of the materials back from Blizzard and then making sure that everything is returned properly and put back into the bank. If you have full access to the bank, this can amount to hundreds of items filling your mailbox. Additionally, when your account is hacked you are supporting the hackers by providing them gold to continue selling, even if your items are returned. Unfortunately, this has recently become an issue within the guild.
To that end, we are going to implement a new policy that everyone that wishes to have access to the Guild Bank MUST have an authenticator tied to their account. We will give everyone a couple weeks in case they want to order one and then will be removing access to those that have not proven that they have one. Proof will be by showing your core hound pet (a pet that you receive for setting up your authenticator to the account) to an Officer.
At that point it will be on the honor system that you will keep that authenticator tied to the account. If at any time an Officer suspects you of not having the authenticator still tied to your account and you are not able to show the proof, your access will be removed. The moment you remove the Authenticator from the account, your core hound pet is disabled. If you remove your Authenticator from your account you must notify an Officer immediately. If it is found that you removed it and did not notify an Officer, you will most likely not gain Guild Bank access back even if you reconnect your Authenticator since we can't guarantee that you will leave it connected to your account.
We have not decided how we are going to work the guild ranks to coincide with these changes, but that will be determined in the near future. If you have any questions you can post them here in the forums or ask Florianna or myself in game and we will be happy to discuss it further.
Thank you!

How to link your name with the wowarmory stats
Poster: xathar

If you want to have your name added with the wowarmory statistics in your signature please follow these simple instructions. If you have any problems or questions please let me know.
Above with the other BBCodes is a button named "char". When you press the button you get the following: [*char][*/char]
All you have to do to get your name is post correctly is add your character's name in between those two blocks! Note: The asterisks will not show up and were added so the code would not activate. Do NOT add the asterisks.
It's that simple!
